I think I have a very minor correction to that article. The Demagogue left will tolerate, to some degree, masculinity -- from women. As long as they're femocrat leftists, of course.

I think this might be an example of what you are referring to.

Is that screaming idiot a masculinized femocrat, or an aged Veruca Salt?

There was an article on increasing Hispanic support for Trump that mentions one of his strong endorsers at a recent Hispanics for Trump event in Arizona. It was the owner of the Los Angeles Angels (the first Hispanic owner of a major sports team). It will be interesting to see how much backlash he gets for that stance, especially if some Woke team tries to boycott the Angels. The link is:

I doubt it would be enough, but the south and west sides are probably the most overwhelmingly Demagogue areas (and of course "the south side of Chicago is the baddest part of time"). But 30 shot with 2 dead doesn't sound like a bad Chicago weekend overall.

More people have been shot and died in Chicago than in Bagdad, so it seems the safer place for a Black person 18-25 is in Iraq.

An interesting analysis of Trump's popularity with Latinos and working-class whites. I agree with much of it. The writer has Kushner pegged, and Kushner and Trump's kids are a future danger. Should Trump win in November, I think there is a good chance he will push a pardon for all DACA members. Viva Trump

Trump long ago indicated a willingness to make a deal on DACA, trading it for the various important reforms he wants. Especially now with the Demagogues in control of the House, some such deal would be necessary. But one wonders how long it will take people to understand that legal immigrants don't like illegal aliens who jump in line and get legalized without all the time, effort, and money the legals devote to the process. They worry that a focus on illegal aliens will lead to anti-Hispanic bigotry, but the issue itself is another matter.

Another surprising video for Trump. The guy tells you exactly why he is for Trump. Black man for Trump

There was also an article about this video on Town Hall. He certainly made some interesting points. Too bad more blacks aren't saying this.

I just watched the 1st presidential debate and thought it was the worst I have ever seen. Trump was overly aggressive. I think his idea was to wear down Biden. As with his Twittering, he would be better off if he would shut up about 20-30% of the time. He would have lost nothing by exercising a little more silence as he repeated himself too much. And I think some people might have gained a little sympathy for Biden.
On the other hand, Biden told Trump to "shut up" and called him a "clown" which did not look good. He also produced a litany of lies, the type of which old-line politicians regularly produce. His attempt to fool viewers by talking about his son who had served in Iraq (Beau) letting people think it was Hunter, was particularly slimy. Trump called him on that. Biden did seem to be hesitant a few times during the speech and wouldn't answer questions on the Supreme Court and the cost of his environmental plans.
I think Biden probably won by default as he did not keel over during the debate and Trump was unusually obnoxious.

I switched over to ESPN for the Yankees game (already in progress) when Chris Wallace came on, and switched back to Fox News after that was over. During the last bit of the debate, I muted the TV when the Yellow Jester was speaking. But your description matches what they said about it on Fox News and in the blogs.
I think you're right that by not coming across as incoherent, the Yellow Jester won. But he repeated the usual leftist Big Lies and smears. For those few voters who know the facts (most of whom have already decided -- independents tend to be the least knowledgeable voters, as Steve Shadegg, Richard Scammon, and Ben Wattenberg all pointed out to some extent and as has been confirmed by more recent studies). the Yellow Jester probably came across badly.

I think Biden probably won by default as he did not keel over during the debate and Trump was unusually obnoxious. Overall Trump won on substance when they could both stay on subject. Biden will be called the winner just because of the low expectations. Trump was overconfident and Biden seemed willing to challenge Trump even when the facts got in the way. This will surely put a little meat on Biden chances the next two debates Trump needs to just stick to the facts and make Biden squirm.

I agree. Trump also needs to be a bit more explicit. He has a way of talking in shorthand sometimes. This works in his rallies as the people there follow politics and know what he is talking about. I doubt this is the case for many watching the debates. These people are generally uninformed and need clear connections between Biden's strong-arming foreign countries and the enrichment of Hunter and others in the Biden family.
One big miss was when they were talking about race. When Biden accused Trump of being a racist and using "dog-whistle" phrases for his white supremist supporters, Trump should simply have said something like,
One interesting piece of news I just heard is that one of the major Spanish-language channels, which broadcast the debate did a quick survey on who won it. I believe it was 66% of the Latinos watching thought Trump won. This comports with the idea that Spanish speakers respond to a Caudillo which is what one of the recent articles I linked to maintained.
