Why even much of Africa has a lower death rate from the KFF than the USA.
As one virologist put it, "When a fire starts in your kitchen, you throw a bucket of water (hydroxychloroquine) on it. You don't wait for the house to be in flames before you start to put out the fire. (Go into the hospital and get on a ventilator/etc.)
Thanks to Dr. Fauci and his co-conspirators, many Americans died who could have been saved.

Mark Steyn has an article by Tal Bachman tonight on the need for voting reform, including an example of how it should be (which is very similar to what was done in Louisville a few years ago, when I last voted normally, though we used optical scanners on the paper ballots). The conclusion is that you can't be democratic if elections are too subject to vote fraud for people to trust the results even aside from whether or not they actually are illegitimate. The link is:

Sidney Powell and Lin Wood, amongst others, have submitted their law suit against, Governor Brian Kemp, Secretary of State Raffensperger and other election officials.
The suit is 104 pages long and, after reading it, I can see that old Sidney was giving a bit of a head-fake in her TV interviews. Of course, she is going after the defendants very aggressively for the Dominion fraud and even for the purchase and rushed use of the system for this election. But Sidney and Co. are also going after the defendants for various violations of Georgia election law as passed by the legislature; for violations of Clause 2 of the Constitution, and for several violations of the 14th Amendment. The case is broader than we may have thought. Perhaps this was the intention all along, or it morphed into this form due to the fact that Lin Wood is also one of the lawyers acting for the plaintiffs. The plaintiffs are a number of Georgia officials who are listed as electors should Trump win.
The law suit is seeking the following relief.
For these reasons, Plaintiff asks this Court to enter a judgment in their favor and provide the following emergency relief:
1.An order directing Governor Kemp, Secretary Raffensperger and the Georgia State Board of Elections to de-certify the election results;
2.An order enjoining Governor Kemp from transmitting the currently certified election results to the Electoral College;
3.An order requiring Governor Kemp to transmit certified election results that state that President Donald Trump is the winner of the election
4.An immediate order to impound all the voting machines and software in Georgia for expert inspection by the Plaintiffs.
5.An order that no votes received or tabulated by machines that were not certified as required by federal and state law be counted.
6.A declaratory judgment declaring that Georgia Secretary of State Rule 183-1-14-0.9-.15 violates the Electors and Elections Clause, U.S. CONST. art. I, § 4;
7.A declaratory judgment declaring that Georgia’s failed system of signature verification violates the Electors and Elections Clause by working a de facto abolition of the signature verification requirement;
8.A declaratory judgment declaring that current certified election results violates the Due Process Clause, U.S. CONST. Amend. XIV;
9.A declaratory judgment declaring that mail-in and absentee ballot fraud must be remedied with a Full Manual Recount or statistically valid sampling that properly verifies the signatures on absentee ballot envelopes and that invalidates the certified results if the recount or sampling analysis shows a sufficient number of ineligible absentee ballots were counted 102
10.An emergency declaratory judgment that voting machines be Seized and Impounded immediately for a forensic audit—by plaintiffs’ expects;
11.A declaratory judgment declaring absentee ballot fraud occurred in violation of Constitutional rights, Election laws and under state law;
12.A permanent injunction prohibiting the Governor and Secretary of State from transmitting the currently certified results to the Electoral College based on the overwhelming evidence of election tampering;
13.Immediate production of 36 hours of security camera recording of all rooms used in the voting process at State Farm Arena in Fulton County, GA from 12:00am to 3:00am until 6:00pm on November 3.
14.Plaintiffs further request the Court grant such other relief as is just and proper, including but not limited to, the costs of this action and their reasonable attorney fees and expenses pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1988

It appears Lin Wood has also submitted another suit to which the defendants must respond by the Dec 1st.
There is word that the two suits might be combined.

I doubt Wood and Powell will get what they want, but they might get some, or might encourage at least some corrective action for the future (including the run-offs). In particularly, the signature verification argument could be very interesting. Normally, about 3.5% of mailed ballots are rejected for one reason or another. This was one point made about the dangers of relying on them, and one reason the Demagogues began (late in the campaign) to encourage early voting instead. But this year the rejection rate was about 0.3% despite the vastly increased number of mailed ballots.
Or maybe that's because of the increase. The charitable view would be that they were simply overwhelmed by the number of ballots and therefore made the most perfunctory efforts to verify their validity. (The people doing this are hardly handwriting experts, after all.) But the skeptical view is that this was their way of eliminating the problem with mailed ballots. It was done very explicitly in Pennsylvania, at the behest of several Demagogues (led by the Secretary of State) in violation of existing state law.

I too doubt they will get every relief requested, but if they get a few the whole Georgia result could be thrown out. I suspect they asked for more things than they actually wanted in order to give the judge the opportunity to show his balance by throwing some requests out and keeping others.
I now see that Powell has also submitted a suit in Michigan which relies more heavily on the Dominion mess.

Isn't all such material having to do with a federal election supposed to be kept for a minimum of 22 months? Common sense would dictate that the votes in question be thrown out and anyone who had responsibility for taking care of the evidence be brought to court.

In case anyone missed this information which was in part of a previous post I made, it should be noted that Pennsylvania apparently sent out 1.8 million mail-in ballots, but counted 2.3 million mail-in votes.

There were a lot of abuses that should lead to criminal trials. We probably can't stop them from usurping the presidency because they destroyed the evidence, as sensible criminals do. But if we punish them severely enough, this will deter future fraudsters.

They have learned that normal people do not confront their brazenness but either ignore it or just disregard it. Naturally, this is the wrong tactic as it only encourages them to more outrages. Alenisky, Cloward and Piven advocate this behavior to overwhelm the system. They are consistent in this behavior and it is one of the best methods of identifying their core beliefs. They have no interest in maintaining our system of government, but seek to destroy it just for the sake of destruction. They are the ultimate anarchists seeking destruction for destruction sake. They can be found in every organization, even communist. I believe it was Henry David Thoreau who said, "If something ail a man, even a rumbling in his bowels. He immediately sets out to reform the world". We have millions of poorly educated, misinformed, and just outright fools following the pied piper of "free stuff" down a road that has no end except war, tragedy and death. I have and continue to hope that the exposure of the election fraud will wake more Americans to the danger we face from communists like Biden, Harris and the rest of the democrat leadership. Perhaps Trump will be successful in throwing the election into the House for determination. That may be his best route. However, even if successful it will not change the massive effort to steal the election and will in the long run not serve to engender confidence in the next election. It is going to take a major effort on the part of congress to force change into the system. We must require real ID for voting, no more mail in ballots, and in person voting with signature checks. Limit absentee voting and better control of counts. It is possible to do this in the less than two years to the next election, but congress does not have the guts. |

It is about time that Trump did this. I just wonder if it will not be too late.
Of course, it will help the two Republican candidates running for the Senate and this is the Reps' second-highest priority, at the moment. For the establishment Reps, it is the highest.
I think he should go to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Lansing, Michigan and Milwaukee, Wisconsin as well. Hell, I would add in Phoenix, Arizona. From October 31st to November 2nd, he held 14 rallies. He could do the above in two days, easily.

He also specifically denounced the electoral boycott some idiots (and Demagogues) called for. He will continue to fight the results and may never formally concede, but as a practical fact will accept the vote of the Electoral College (and no doubt without trying to pressure the Yellow Jester's electors to switch, as some Demagogues tried to do in 2016).
