Mr. Kung had a good idea to change the title of the "Participated" button (they call it a button) in the upper right to "Latest Posts." That place isn't really a list of the latest posts, but more of a list of new things in threads you've posted in...or something like that. I don't think anyone really knows. But it's certainly useful for finding new posts.
Whatever the case may be, I haven't found a way to change the name of that button. I suspect that is hard-wired. But in searching for a way, I ran into other info.
For instance, down in the "Board Information & Statistics" section at the bottom of the page (when viewing it from the home page) there is a link for "Recent Threads" and "Recent Posts."
With the Recent Posts list, you receive not a summation but an actual list of the full recent posts. You can even reply to them by hitting the "Quote" button and you'll be conveniently dumped right into that thread. And I found that I could put a link to this in the menubar titled just "Recent."
There's also a Recent Threads link that gives you more of a summation. That could be put in the menubar as well. I just need people to try both and see what they find most useful. I think probably just having the Recent Post menu item (named "Recent") will suffice.
We could have both there for convenience if we wanted.
