Bobby Caldwell died ~~earlier this~~ last year. I did not know him by name, but when I checked his bio, I knew a number of his songs. I looked further and came upon this 12 minute video of a number of blacks reacting to an old video of Caldwell singing, perhaps, his best known song. The video is introduced by an Asian lady. I guess she is Thai or Vietnamese, but I could be wrong.

I suspect some of the surprise is feigned, but I have no doubt that each commenter was shocked when they first saw Caldwell on an album cover or in a video.
