I'm surprised that Asians declined, but the aspect of who applies to prestige colleges hadn't occurred to me. So that's why we have (or would without quotas) so many Jews and Asians at top colleges.
I'm also surprised that students who've been admitted to colleges suited to their skill levels (which often isn't the case with blacks and Hispanics) tend to be likelier to pass in the top colleges, at least for racial minorities. Perhaps this reflects the difference between the top minority students (who can handle anything) and the bottom ones (who can't handle anything but still manage to get into college anyway). I remember reading someplace that Harvard doesn't actually need any sort of affirmative action because the handful of top blacks capable of handling it will try to go there and make it. I guess this section was discussing the implications of that.

I have long believed (actually known) the study's finding regarding white males with superior grades and test scores not applying to Ivy League universities and such. A good number of the smartest guys in my high school went to in-state universities such as Texas, Rice and Texas Tech or A and M. I recall one brilliant kid went off to some Ivy league college, but he was an Army brat and had only moved to Texas in the 10th grade. So he had weaker ties to the state than others.
Another friend with straight A's and high SATs got a football scholarship to Columbia and he hated the place so much that he left after 1 or 2 semesters and came back to finish his degree at SMU.
A lot of very intelligent guys do not want to go to school on either coast as that would take them far from home.

In the spirit of this string, the link will take the reader to a study by Duke which shows how males are vastly superior to females in the area of sports. The study shows that males below the age of 18 better the female world records in many sports. I saw an article by Ann Coulter touching upon this a few years back, but the Duke study clearly shows the disparity between males and females in sport. I just read (and responded to) that article, and it was certainly very interesting. Decades ago, when this was happening, I read about incidents like that (I think in The Real Majority by Scammon and Wattenberg). In addition, a friend from college told me about incidents from Anderson, Indiana after the Demagogue mayor created a unified metro government.

Okay. I sorta thought it might be something like that. Law of unintended consequences and all. Still, it was racist of them not to skew the results and report what had been their hope and expectation.
Okay. There was lying. I should have expected that as well. I commenting on this article as I read down it.
The surprise there is that the numbers aren’t higher. This can surely be contributed to the Cultural Salt Peter being spooned into the diets of men and boys.
Or maybe white males have figured out that “prestigious colleges” are racist and hostile to white males.
Confirmed again. This is fun. And this is interesting:
I’m not surprised by that but it’s the first I’ve read about that. So basically “white privilege” is the success borne from those not having been dumbed-down by being coddled because they're not white.

I would like to see what the Asian percentages would be. Unlike white males, they would apply, and like white males they would qualify to get in -- if the schools didn't come up with fudge factors that conveniently work against them. You'd probably find colleges with lots of whites (especially Jews) and Asians (especially from India and eastern Asia), and few blacks and Hispanics.

As I see it, the one major American inspiration killed the fewest of the three mass murderers, and by a large margin. None had anything to do with Trump, though the writer and many who commented on it thought otherwise.

While this might be true, it is the communists who have perfected its use and have been pretty successful at spreading insanity throughout the West by doing so. If this is true, I can only applaud Trump. Less Foreigners In UniversitiesFor several decades the USA has been educating our competitors and enemies. The huge number of foreign students attending our colleges and universities is a big reason the cost of education has outstripped inflation by a large margin. These people pay the highest rates and pay in cash. It has also financed the growth of an almost completely left-wing academia which does its best to destroy the USA. |

Those H-1B visas are a notorious scam. They're supposed to be used only when there are no Americans available for the jobs, but many corporations have a history of not only using them to replace Americans, but have those very Americans train their replacements. Disney is one example, and I think many of the major tech firms.
