Some interesting points there. I think the key is that femocracy rejects traditional morality, but at the same time it has similar concerns about power relationships that amount to the same thing. In reality, the greater power of the abusers doesn't cause the abuse, though it enables them to do what their amorality/immorality inclines them to do.
In his entry in The God That Failed, Arthur Koestler discussed "thinking dialectically". His example involved sexual morality. Bourgeois morality is traditional marriage. Socialist morality involved holding women in common. (In The Communist Manifesto, Marx and Engels suggested that the bourgeois did this anyway through fooling around with each other. Of course, it was written in Paris.) Communist marriage involved traditional marriage. If one pointed out that this was the same as bourgeois morality, the Communist answer was that this was a failure to think dialectically. Bourgeois morality is evil because it supports bourgeois society. Communist morality is good because it supports Communist society.
As we see today, this sort of logic applies to a lot more than sexual morality.

While a lack of discipline is a significant part of the problem, I believe that many of those who fall for this rubbish are sadly lacking in intelligence.
Let's face it. It is a fundamental part of the human condition that most people are not terribly bright. Additionally, most left to their natural impulses, lack discipline. This combination is not one which would tend to promote stability. Societies develop moral rules in order to mitigate these facts. Otherwise, communities would fall apart and tend toward lawlessness and anarchy.

It seems the value of “If it feels good, do it” is butting up against The New Puritanism.
As a conservative, we wonder if this New Puritanism doesn’t at least have one foot on the path to a correction of sexual hedonism that has wrought such destruction.
These people may re-write every single bit of wisdom already included in the Bible. But they’ll call it something else.

While I am glad this is being written about, I made these points some forty years back as a young man. Any young adult, with half a brain, could see the lies upon which feminism was based. Brad has been making similar points from the beginning of ST, at the very latest. You can't have it allConservatives are great at closing the gate after the horse is out of the corral.

Phyllis Schlafly made a career out of these same points. She probably also had a bigger following once she got going than the femocrats did. Of course, some would find it ironic that she did indeed make a career out of this -- but a career as a polemicist isn't the same thing as an office or factory worker.

That’s about as straightforward and well-written of an article on the subject that I’ve read.

A good article on the feminist experiment and how women are feeling these days. Worse than beforeWhy anyone would be surprised at this is beyond me. Most work is a daily grind and going through the grinder for 20-40 years will grind one very fine indeed.

This helps explain why most women don't consider themselves feminists. Gender feminism (to use the distinction explained by Christina Hoff Sommers) is based on resentment of men. (The status envy noted in the article would be one example of this.) Most women don't feel that way even now. This angers femocrats (my own term for what amount to gender feminists), who then pretend that feminism is all about equity, not hostility to men (or worship of abortion).
Of course, that sort of misuse of vague language is a common leftist technique. They do it with affirmative action, global warming aka climate change aka climate disruption, and feminism. These vague terms can refer to very mild, uncontroversial ideas or much more controversial ones. So if you oppose affirmative action because you dislike quotas, they claim it means you support discrimination. If you oppose extreme climate alarmism, they claim it means you think there is no climate change at all. And if you don't support open war between men and women (or mass abortion). they claim it means you want women "barefoot and pregnant".
By the way, if men and women are in fact at war, doesn't that make Ted Bundy and Gary Ridgway great heroes for eliminating so many of the enemy?

It’s interesting that the man who tries to reproduce by putting a penis up his anus is saying there is no room in his party for anything but infanticide: There are other parties, Miss Day. What gives? Depart from the baby-killer party if this issue matters to you. Or, another way of putting it, what are the issues that matter to you whereby you can put infanticide on the back burner?

One astute commenter wrote something that is likely beyond the ability of a feminist or Leftist to perceive. But it is a relevant concern.
But abortion is apparently okay, as this one nitwit declares:
Murder has been around since Cain. Should it be legal then?
Commenter Michael Mitchell has a great post:
The Democrats are clearly the party of the indecent.

Harvey Weinstein got convicted on some counts and Bill Cosby doesn’t like it. When you’re in a hole, stop digging, I suppose.

Here is another politically incorrect talk from Jason Whitlock. Brad should love it.
It was the next video up when I posted this.
