phonies such as Paul Ryan, Mitt Romney, John Beohner, Dennis Hastert, George W. Bush and Kevin McCarthy. And the entire editorial staff of NR and WSJ to name a few others. The illusion of power for far to many is just too hard to avoid. That is what makes the story of Cinnenatus so important. I don't doubt that the above are on one level decent men, but holding fast when all others are panicking is a challenge. Can we really know what we would do in similar situations? Yes, but possibly no. But we are dealing with fallible humans not great martyrs or heroes. I don't excuse them but I understand them. The first time I was in combat I asked myself the same questions. I suppressed the fear of death and replaced it with fear that I may fail my comrades. I don't fight and kill for the US, the Marines, even my family but for the 6-12 other guys in the squad and they do the same for me. Perhaps that is the problem with our so-called conservative leadership. They don't fight for each other.

The ones I have often wondered about and most admired are those who were offered the chance to cooperate with the monumental evil in exchange for a few more days on earth On Mount Herzl next to Yad Yeshem is a small forest every tree is dedicated to "Righteous People" male, female, Christian, Moslem, Hindu or any other faith that stood up to tyranny and saved Jewish lives. Most of them are little known even in their own communities. Our singular feature is the ability to never forget. Trees are still planted on a regular basis and the scope has expanded beyond the Holocaust.

None of us know if we will be up to the task when a battle comes. There is always doubt. All the more reason to pretend to be brave. To pretend to be up to the task in hope that pretense becomes reality. Humans have the ability to become what they want to become if they remind themselves often enough exactly what they are trying to become. It is a matter of discipline and then habit. Trying every day to be brave, to do the right thing, even if it is something very minor. Someone said, "Fortune favors the prepared mind." To that add "right makes might" i.e. moral strength and one has a strong alliance.

Oh, yeah. There’s a whole lot of not-nice people pushing for this stuff. But I think there are a whole lot of people trying to be “nice” and “sensitive” who really aren’t bad folks, per se, but who have no capacity or desire for considering the consequences.

The above is from an article over at Frontpage.mag. It is the first time I have read anyone even hint at those behind the curtain who need to be fought in our modern war. I have, for some time wondered why nobody has gone after the Zuckerbergs, Dorseys, Pages, Soroses, Strykers and Gills of the world.

First thing to do, get off of Facebook. Don’t renew your season tickets. Stop funding these clowns in any way you can and enjoy a parallel experience of life outside of their realm.

Continuing with the theme of who is behind the present war on humanity, I have linked to an excellent video which lays out how elites such as the Zuckerbergs, Dorseys and others, whose names are not generally known, are part of the technocratic elite who are aiming to control humanity through "scientific" governance and also gain "eternal life" through computers and biotechnology. As one of Bannon's guests says, "unlike Christians, the secular elites are afraid of death and are doing their best to overcome it through technology." Secular materialists have always been afraid of death. This "convergence" type of thinking has been around for a long time. I recall having a discussion with a professor from the University of Texas at Dallas on this subject. It was probably about fifteen years ago. The point came out during a our talk about consciousness and how people such as Ray Kurzweil, who the professor knew, thought consciousness was nothing more than chemical reactions. Transhumanism was and still is Kurzweil's goal. For all those who believe what is going on is strictly about communism and socialism vs. capitalism...this video is mandatory viewing material. The future is here I just finished this second video. The future is here 2

Thankfully, I started cutting ties almost eight years back. Never been on Facebook. Don't know how to Tweet. No cable, no cell phone. Then no NFL. I have never liked basketball or ice hockey so I couldn't boycott what I didn't watch. I am getting a bit fanatical about this. R&T is all the "social media" I use.
Last night, we went for our Friday-night Italian meal and the TV in the restaurant was on some sports channel. A report came up about MLB moving the All-Star game out of Atlanta to protest the new election law in Georgia. I grabbed the remote and changed the channel. I won't even watch such nonsense anymore. Luckily, I know the restaurant owners well so they put up with me. But if they demanded I go back to the sports channel, I would have told them ok and then left. I will do nothing to support the insanity we are presently facing.
We have only two choices, 1) roll over and play dead, 2) fight! Fight clean, fight dirty. Fight anyway you can. I have decided to fight.

I guess the abuse of children does not rise to level of public safety for this horse's ass. And that's doing a disservice to a horse's ass because a horse's ass at least has some function.

There’s a movie on Netflix called The Danish Girl. It’s about the first man who had sex-change surgery. Apparently he died from it. I was genuinely interested to see if this could give me some honest insight into the phenomenon. And I do believe it is a phenomenon. Anyway, apparently this guy was asked by his wife to put on a dress and model so that she could finish work on a commissioned portrait. Well, who doesn’t go a little nuts at the feel of chiffon? If I so much as touch the stuff myself I crave fellating some strange man in a public bathroom. There is some power in the material. Anyway, that’s the gist of it. The guy puts on a dress and nylons and then suddenly starts acting all “pretty” toward his new clothes. We’re supposed to believe that he somehow discovered something intrinsic about himself. But these are Danish artists. And from what I saw in even just about 8 minutes, there is zero background regarding the sure maladies and traumas that must have triggered this guy psychologically to want to escape himself. I don’t accept that he found some hidden part of himself that was latent and real. I think the real story is he had a screw slightly loose already because of some previous trauma. But from the reviews I read, the movie is a bore so I couldn't stick with it. And there was nothing compelling about the main actors. The mentally-ill community of "transgender" should have learned a lesson from that first tragedy.

There is a reason we call the asshole Asa, or is it Asa the asshole? I suppose it doesn't matter.
Sarah Huckabee may be the next governor or it may be Jan Morgan, but she is a one issue candidate. On issues of 2nd amendment I favor Jan, but I do think Sarah will also stand firm on all constitutional issues.

I recall discussing the subject years ago, and now as then, I cannot imagine the self-loathing one must feel to mutilate oneself in such a permanent manner. It shows a real, deep-seated problem. I can't help but feel sorry for someone who is so unhappy with himself.

The Arkansas Legislature has smacked Asshole Asa in the face. Veto overruled

Asshole Asa was on Tucker Carlson tonight and when asked by Tucker why he vetoed the bill prohibiting chemical castration and actual castration of minors, Asshole claimed, "it was the conservative thing to do." For this lie alone, Asshole should be horsewhipped. When it suits his purpose, he sounds like a flaming libertarian, claiming that is conservative. The scumbag is like so many RINOs who are fine with the culture crumbling under the rubric of "it's the conservative thing to do." This is exactly why I spit on the author of that article in Townhall who whined about conservatives only being interested in fighting cultural battles. He would be proud of Asshole Asa, who is only interested in lining his and the pockets of his corporate masters. "Conservatives" had better get their heads straight. The "culture war" is not a secondary item. It is at the very point of the spear in the fight for this country. The left and elites have done everything they can to debase the American people. To separate them from faith in God. To addict them to one form of sensual stimulus or another. The point is to keep the deplorables down and out, in a haze, befuddled, lacking any drive other than for the next fix. The new "opium of the people" can be many things. By flooding humanity with drugs and removing all taboos, the left and elites believe that those who are "naturally superior" (them) will have fewer problems to deal with and will end up with the money and power. The herd (the rest of us) will be kept in pens where they can stuff themselves with whichever poison they wish and roll around together in their own manure. Like the saying goes, "as happy as pigs in shit."

Asshole Asa I saw that also. Tucker seemed flabbergasted by his arrogance, frankly so am I. Not because he was arrogant but because he did not hide it. I think the KFF and the seizure of unconstitutional powers has gone to his mostly empty head.

He is quite happy to impose mask mandates and restrict capacity limits in bars and restaurants. Apparently these are conservative.

Asshole Asa Through the years we have been extremely tolerant of republican who give in, give out, and give up when the communists pressure them. It is time we tell these people NO LONGER, will we vote for you, no longer will we tolerate you flip flops on republican values. I confess I have been one of those who tolerated Asa Asshole simply because he was not a democrat, or claimed so. I did not like him then, and I like him less daily. I do and will continue to write and call not only the governors office but state legislators. I want them to feel some heat form the people that put them in office. I am at least thankful Arkansas has term limits.
