Ted Cruz is showing patriotism with political acumen. If he argues this case before the Supreme Court he gains yugely with the Reps and Trumpsters. If there are no oral arguments, he still has shown guts and that he will fight for freedom.

Computers ruleThe video is a little irritating as it will stop and that little circle will start rotating, but it is well worth watching. This only strengthens my belief that there are a good number of crooked politicians who took money from Dominion to install this system. They have to fight tooth and nail to avoid discovery as otherwise they will be booking space in Heartbreak Hotel listening to Jailhouse Rock. |

Some of you might be wondering what happened to the information which is expected from those techs who analyzed the Dominion machines in Antrim County, Michigan. After all, it has been several days since we heard about the fact that the machines were being analyzed.
Well, wonder no more. A Michigan judge has issued an order which forbids the results of the analysis to be released.
Move on there. Nothing to hide here.

It's impossible that the judge could be so stupid as not to understand how many people will distrust a decision to keep the data hidden. Either he doesn't care (or even likes rubbing it in their faces) -- or he dare not release the report.

Here is a quick synopsis of the forensic report on the Dominion machines in Antrim County, Michigan. Don't forget, the Michigan Sec. of State and A.G. tried to keep this from seeing the light of day. If what is claimed is true, and I have every reason to believe it is, a lot of people need to be viewing the world behind a set of 1 inch steel bars with six inches between each bar.

Cooper's fascist screed has several flaws. He ignores that the basis of the lawsuit was that the 4 states all changed their election laws by executive or judicial fiat, not (as the Constitution mandates) by legislative enactment. This means that they're standing up for the Constitution, as their oath requires. It also ignores how much Congress does that ignores constitutional limits.
He also ignores that those who lost their rights after the War of the Rebellion had seceded from the union and violently gone to war against it. Supporting a lawsuit is not violence.
And he also carefully ignores the fascist notion that declaring the opposing half of America to be sedition amounts to creating a one-party state, which is the reason for his screed. Perhaps everyone who agrees with him should lose their civil rights.
I heard today that the GOP planned to name alternate electors for those 4 disputed states. If that happens (and Wretched Witless obviously fears that it will in Michigan), then the question of which state to accept would (in theory) be decided on January 6 (Epiphany), when Congress certifies the election results.

Facts have no place in Fascist arguments. Logic has no place in Fascist arguments. Reasoned discussion on whether or not Trump won the election is not going to cut it anymore. Waiting a year or two for the various accusations made by Trump, to work their ways through courts is not going to work. (The judge who allowed the information to come out about the Dominion machines in Antrim County set a court date for April 2021)

Another asshole. He is afraid we will lose the country. Where the hell has this idiot been? Is he a crook or simple minded? He could have allowed an alternative slate of electors and nothing would have happened unless Congress decides to select them on January 6th, in which case fraud would likely have been clear enough for even the willfully blind.

I get the impression he thought the only alternative to the officially certified Yellow Jester slate would be to appoint a different slate. The idea of sending both as alternatives, as happened in 1876, doesn't seem to have occurred to him.

It seems that GOP electors sent in alternative slates in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Arizona, and Nevada. I don't know if any official body recognized any of these slates. In any case, to replace the officially certified Yellow Jester slates in those states, they would need majorities in both houses of Congress come January 6.

This is one of the big reasons Trump has been supporting the Republican senate candidates in Georgia. It is also another reason for everyone in Georgia to get out and vote for the Republicans.
