It has been some time since I have heard about Jonah Goldberg, and that is a good thing. But it is necessary to be occasionally reminded what twats types like him, David French, Bill Crystal and Steven Hayes truly are. I previously had some respect for them, but they lost their masks long ago and the faces which were exposed by this loss were very ugly. In the article linked to below, Goldberg uses hundreds of words to obfuscate his simple meaning which can be reduced to the following statement. "The little people should butt out of politics and leave ruling to their betters." What an ass. Shut up and do what I say peasant |

We don't travel in those circles so as to really understand what is going on with them. That said, if I was independently wealthy, the Kung, Artler, and Nelson Investigative Journalism Foundation would be formed. We would hire talented people to go do the hobnobbing so as to take a real look inside The Deep State, as well as some of the satellite states.
Such reporting would be required to be fair, well-balanced, non-hyperbolic, and most of all truthful. I would fund people in order to find out what is really going on. I have no desire to be a George Soros wingnut who just pushes the power levers because he can. (By the way, Rush should have been doing this the day he made his first million.)
Granted, we can make some educated guesses about Goldberg, French, et al, but it would be nice to get a real inside (or at least closer) look.
